Dr. Floyd H. Hardin, III

Dr. Floyd H. Hardin, III is currently serving in the role of the Executive Officer of Equity and College Relations.  In this role Dr. Hardin’s duties encompass both the responsibilities of Chief of staff and that of the Chief Diversity Officer for the organization.

Preceding his current role, Dr. Hardin served as Rio Salado College’s Senior Officer of Outreach, Inclusion and Strategic Partnerships.  He operated as the institution’s primary contact for national partnership opportunities, educational transfer partners to support college-university transfer pathways and B2B partnerships to support revenue generating goals, industry and college-to-career pathway projects.

Dr. Hardin earned his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University; Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Arizona State University; and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Humanities Studies from Morehouse College.
