Jasmine Snipes

Jasmine Snipes (she/her) is the founder of Jasmine Snipes Consulting – base work, discovery, and action and the Communications Coordinator for Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

Prior to launching her own racial equity and inclusion company, Jasmine was a staff member at the Arizona State Senate House of Representatives for almost nine years. She currently partners with the Anti-Defamation League and other independent coaches, trainers, and consultants to provide anti-bias and Racial Equity and Inclusion education and facilitation.

Jasmine’s active volunteer commitments include serving as a board member, Governance Committee member, and Racial Justice Chair of one•n•ten. She is also a Young Talent Advisor for the Center for the Future for Arizona. She’s most excited to be collaborating with esteemed diversity, equity and inclusion colleagues to bring to life a healing and learning community for social justice advocates.

Jasmine earned her Associate of Arts in Communication and General Studies and will earn a Bachelor of Arts in Community Advocacy and Social Policy in the fall of 2020.

Beyond her professional roles, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her given and chosen family, her cats Eartha Kitty and Smokey Robinson, and her dog Cosmo. She also enjoys making holistic body care and cleaning products.
