Carmen Jandacek grew up in a small town in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. After graduating, she moved to the Phoenix area. Carmen has worked for Arizona Public Service since 1996 holding various positions and leadership roles over the years. She is an HR professional and currently is consulting in the APS Ethics Office. Carmen holds a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional Designation and also has an undergraduate degree in management. She earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 1999. Carmen is an avid triathlete and has raced many races throughout the state and is an Ironman Arizona finisher.
Carmen joined the one·n·ten Board in January of 2015 and is thrilled to be of service to the youth who are our leaders of tomorrow.
