Youth Attend & Perform at Take Back The Night

On Friday, March 7th, our youth attended the Take Back the Night Rally, a vigil that raises awareness around sexual violence and sexual assault, in downtown Phoenix.

Agencies from the community came to provide information and outreach. There was a candlelight vigil for victims and survivors who shared their own personal stories of their assaults. The event then continued with a rally through First Fridays to raise awareness in the community.

Youth from the Phoenix Center attended and were honored to provide performances by one•n•ten’s band and the SOS Dance Crew at the event.
