“What’s the big idea?” presented by ASU Piper Writing Group

Let’s explore where ideas come from, how you capture them, and what you can do with them. This workshop will discuss possible idea sources like autobiographical, generational/family history, global history, fantasy, dreams, folklore, and legends. We will share examples of where writers like Stephen King, Roald Dahl, and Khaled Hosseini were inspired, and the picture book What Do You Do with an Idea? Written by Kobi Yamada and illustrated by Mae Besom
