Dreaming and Identity

| Participants will learn ways to connect with and be enriched by the images that come to us in our dreams, as they can be powerful messengers and embodiments of who we are at the core of our being and can be a profound path towards self-knowledge and self-love. After learning some approaches to engaging with dream material, the space will be opened up for the dreams to be shared with the group for anyone who wishes to do so. |
