DBT Coping Strategies with Mackenzie

For Mental Health Awareness Month, Mackenzie A. Cortese, LPC (she/her) will teach practical Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support emotional wellness. Participants will leave with tools for coping with overwhelm and distress, as well as a boundary-setting skill that is especially valuable for today’s youth.
