Housing Program & Homelessness Services
P.O.N.D. (Promise of a New Day) Housing Program:
The P.O.N.D. program includes the following services to participating youth:

- Single occupancy housing for youth ages 18-24*
- Wrap around services and case management
- Employment/education coaching
- On site mental health resources (in partnership with CBI)
P.O.N.D. Partners:
Community Bridges (CBI): On site partner at P.O.N.D. offering crisis & mental health services
Arizona Housing Inc.: Manages 209 W. Jackson, where P.O.N.D. is located
- Partners in Housing and Homeless Navigation:
Central Arizona Shelter Services: Coordinated entry and TI-SPDAT at the youth center
Bloom 365: Domestic/Sexual violence advocacy services
Phoenix Children’s Hospital: Crusin’ Health Mobile
Home base: Emergency shelter beds
MMIC: Coordinated entry and advocacy for housing program
St. Mary’s Food Bank: Provides hot/cold meals each day at the Youth Center
Halle Women’s Center: 2 beds on hold for youth being trafficked
Homeless Navigation Services:
- Drop In Homeless Navigation Services: Tuesdays 3-6pm & by appointment @ the Youth Center
- 1 on 1 support from a Housing Specialist
- Immediate connection to shelters/beds for the night (Coordinated Entry)
- Homeless court navigation
- Connection to mental health services & SMI evaluations
- Referrals and resources
Some of the issues require testing and analyzing, so we can resolve it effectively.
- Services & Assistance @ the Youth Center: Mon-Fri 3-4:30pm
- Hot & cold meal packs
- Access to shower, toiletries, & clothing
- Crew’n Health Mobile on Tuesdays (medical, vision, HIV/STI testing)
- City of Phoenix Summer Heat relief site
- AHCCCS assistance
- Domestic/Sexual violence advocacy services Wednesday’s
