DESCRIPTION:The Crews’n Healthmobile comes to one n ten one time per month and provides free comprehensive medical care directly to the at-risk youth population. Each mobile medical unit is equipped with exam rooms\, an intake area\, pharmacy\, laboratory\, and triage area which includes state-of-the-art technology. Other services include: \n\nBehavioral health screenings\, evaluations\, and therapy (referrals as needed)\nFull examinations\, including adolescent and well-child visits\nImmunizations\nPharmacy services\nTreatment for sexually transmitted illnesses\nMinor surgical procedures\nReferrals to sub-specialists\nHealth education\nTHE STAFF ALSO EDUCATES AND COUNSELS YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS AROUND:\nBehavioral Health\, including suicide\, risk\, substance abuse\, depression\, and self-harm\nLGBTQ+ or Gender Variant healthcare\, including topics of Gender Dysphoria\, hormone replacement therapy\, and dangers of seeking hormones in non-traditional ways\nNutrition\nSafety issues\, violence\, and injury prevention\nSexually transmitted illnesses\nHIV\nHepatitis\nSubstance abuse\nPregnancy\nSmoking cessation\nSelf-care\n\nAPPOINTMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CALLING: 602-933-9339 option 2
