Camp OUTdoors! Program:
- Main platform for S.O.S. suicide prevention program
- Major platform for facilitating all other grant based programs (Mpowerment, TPP, etc.)
- 50+ workshops on life skills, leadership development, community organizing, LGBTQ history, sexual health education & more
- CIT youth leadership program
- OUTscouts leadership program
OUTscouts Program:
- Youth leadership committee for Camp OUTdoors!
- Meets throughout the year to learn outdoors skills, public speaking & workshop facilitation skills
- Develop & facilitate 3-4 workshops at camp
Counselors In Training (CIT) Program:
- CITs facilitate activities and youth development in cabins at camp
- Participate in pre-camp trainings to develop facilitation, communication & leadership skills
YAC (Youth Advisory Council):
- Advisory council for the agency comprised of youth leaders from all sites
- Meets throughout the develop public speaking skills and advise on programs and other topics affecting the organization
- Present to the staff and Board of Directors throughout the year
Occasional Programs @ Youth Center & Satellites:
- Healthy communication & conflict resolution workshops
- Public speak & telling your story workshops
- Theater, Film & dance workshops
- Empowerment workshops on LGBTQ history
- Field trips to community spaces
- Game & art nights
- Youth internships and youth volunteer opportunities
- Special events, including holiday events & outreach
