Program Coordinator
With a background in Adventure Education and a degree in Social Justice: Gender and Sexuality Studies, Kado melds innovative outdoor activities with educational programming for LGBTQ youth! In 2008, she created and directed the first OUTdoors! Camp for LGBTQ youth in Arizona. She has been organizing, growing and directing camp ever since! Kado is a staff member at one n ten and is a Program Coordinator, facilitating weekly programing, fundraising and volunteer management. Kado is an American Camp Association (ACA) certified camp director and holds her Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification.
